Why am I not receiving emails?
Refresh your inbox, keep the inbox page open, and wait a short time. Delivery depends on the sending website and mail routing, and some senders may block disposable email domains.

Website says disposable emails are not allowed
Some websites do not accept temporary email domains. TempMy cannot override another website's rules. If another domain is available, you can try it for low-risk use.

Lost access to a temporary inbox
Temporary inboxes are short-term and may expire or be removed according to the limits shown in the product. Do not use TempMy for important account recovery.

Reporting abuse
Send the temporary address, message headers if available, URLs, screenshots, and a short explanation. TempMy does not support spam, phishing, harassment, malware, fraud, or illegal activity.

If your question is about an account or paid feature, include the account email you used with TempMy and the relevant date. Do not send payment card details in the contact form.
